Sci High is an original programme for building scientific literacy. Students grades 5–12 build real science and engineering projects — alongside mentors from top universities and industry.
How Sci High works
From “I have an idea” to a real project on stage.
Form a team
Bring together 2–5 students from one class or across classes, plus one teacher-moderator — a team where every voice is heard and every idea finds its champion.
Pick a problem
A real problem from your town or school — climate, health, energy, tech, or another one, the team decides.
Work with a mentor
A professional from a top university or from industry stands by your side — an ally who shows you what science looks like in the real world.
Present it
You step onto a stage in front of a jury, the media and an audience that hears your idea. The final festival is your moment — and the start of the next ones.

Ed Moriarty of MIT returns to Bulgaria
Dr. Ed Moriarty of the MIT Edgerton Center is back in Bulgaria. His other workshops are fully booked, so the 8 November event at the Faculty of Biology in Sofia is a new opportunity for students and teachers to join.
